Research Fellow Du Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute of Population and Labor Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Professor Klaus F. Zimmermann, President of the Global Labor Organization (GLO), and Professor Kenneth Mok, Vice-President of Lingnan University, Hong Kong, delivered speeches on the topics of "Expanding Employment to Promote Economic Growth" and "Migrant Local Identity and Labor Market Success". Migrant Local Identity and Labor Market Success", and "Understanding Hong Kong Youth's Intention to Cross- border Mobility: An Ability to Create a New Generation of Employment". Migrant Local Identity and Labor Market Success" and "Understanding Hong Kong Youth's Intention to Cross- border Mobility: An Ability-Motivation-Opportunity Perspective". Afterwards, the delegates asked questions and had in-depth discussions on the above report. Prof. Zhao Zhong, Vice President of the Labor Science Education Branch of the Chinese Society of Labor and Dean of the School of Labor and Human Resources of Renmin University of China, moderated the keynote speech.

The annual conference also set up "Labor Migration and Employment", "Fertility and Human Capital", "Digital Economy and Income Distribution", "Social Security" and "Labor Relations". The conference also set up six thematic sub-forums, including "Labor Migration and Employment", "Maternity and Human Capital", "Digital Economy and Income Distribution", "Social Security", "Labor Relations" and "Human Resource Management", etc. In the afternoon of the 6th, 64 participants reported on the relevant researches during the speeches and discussions of each thematic sub-forum.
