Description
Originally titled “The British Cotton Growing Association Workpeople’s Collection Fund”, the charity originated in 1904 from donations made by textile workers. The Fund is governed by a Trust declared by an order of the Court of Appeal dated 30th July 1959. Recently we have re-aligned our support and in recognition of this changed the name to 'The Cotton Textile Research Trust'.
