Crossing continents – diverse challenges and common threads for women in academia across the globe

The University of Manchester supported by the British Council is working with Institutions across India and Brazil to develop and progress gender equality. During this event we will celebrate the talented women across our community and hear from colleagues in all 3 countries sharing barriers and challenges they face and the impact that the pandemic is having on gender equality progress. By coming together and supporting each other across country boundaries we are more likely to break the bias at the individual, system and cultural level.
