I presented work‑in‑progress from my PhD project, which examines the upcycling of post‑consumer textiles through affective and material methodologies. For the SCI workshop “Emotions and Affect in Transitions: Exploring Affective Dimensions of Environmental, Socio‑Political and Socio‑Technical Change,” I focused specifically on the affective dimensions of upcycling.
