Description
The field of international schools privialges Anglo/European ways of thinkging and being. This means that to be successful in this field, is to manifest with the habitus that defines success (Bourdieu, 1984), and in this way, to be successful, is to be White, Middle class, and very often, Christian. This presentation unpicks senior leadership identities in international schools, and asks how international schools can become a more diverse reflection of the globe.
