Composer and improviser Henry McPherson presents on his developing postdoctoral project "Improvising in the Field", exploring how strategies of spontaneous creativity are engaged for community, wellbeing, and environmental benefit. He will discuss kinesonic practice on the seashore, making music with mosses, improvisation and dementia, and learning to perform as 'more than one thing'.
