N8 Research Culture: N8 and UKRI’s Career Mobility Roundtable

Roundtable panel member. The roundtable discussed career mobility across academia, business, policy, and government, and emphasised opportunities for innovation and smooth and fluid transitions between HEIs and other sectors. At the event, attendees shared personal experiences, which highlighted serendipitous transitions (rather than planned career moves), driven by motivations, values, a desire for knowledge sharing and policy influence.
