Description

This event was part of the Manchester Science Festival. For this Manchester Museum's adult programme event, I selected the specimens used as well as put together information handouts on their medicinal properties for attendees. I also participated in the event myself.

The event itself explored our relationship to medicine through conversation and creative writing. It involved chatting about family remedies and discussing whether there was any truth behind natural cures along with taking part in simple poetry exercises to compose a piece about our own experiences and memories.
