Pint of Science is a grassroots non-profit organisation that aims to provide a space for researchers and members of the public alike to come together, be curious, and chat about research in a relaxed environment outside of mysterious laboratories or daunting dark lecture theatres. The Pint of Science Festival is an annual event where researchers present their work in one of the most informal environments, the pub. This encourages researchers to engage the public in current work while also making science more accessible to the public.
