    Description

    I am a member of the PRACE Industrial Advisory Committee (05/2013 - present). I served as Vice-Chairman from 11/2015 and was elected Chair in 09/2017. PRACE is the Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe and provides a European level supercomputing service for academic research. See: http://www.prace-ri.eu/ I was member of a UK task force set up by the British Consulate in Chicago (USA) to improve collaboration between the UK and USA in the use of High Performance Computing. This task force received an EPSRC networking grant in 2013 and 2014 in which I was one of the investigators.
