Workshop: Data wrangling and visualisation using the tidyverse in R

This workshop covered the basics of the tidyverse – a collection of packages in R which can be used to import, tidy, transform and visualise data. The workshop was centered around a live coding demonstration using tidyverse functions which tackled a realistic, ‘messy’ dataset, and ended with visualisations and a dataset ready for statistical analysis. The session was designed for people with minimal experience in R, and for more experienced users who have yet to explore what the tidyverse has to offer.
