This is the leading international journal in the field of social movement scholarship. I have served on the Editorial Board since 2009 and as Editor-in-Chief since 2015. We received 200 new submissions in 2017 and gained a JCR impact factor of 1.3, putting us far ahead of our main (and much longer established) US competitor and means we are now established as a ‘Quartile 2’ journal.
