Description

As the Teaching Assistant Representative, I represented TA's views, thoughts and queries at our Staff Board Meeting every month. During my time as a TA Rep, we worked to make the TA training more inclusive of disability and neurodiversity as well as including for the discussion of 'difficult topics' during teaching.

Beyond this, we have provided extra support and advice for first year TA's and external TA's.
