Description
This event comes as a recommendation from the Royal Military Academy Female Leadership Strategic Forum last December in which we discussed and evaluated diversity and inclusivity with some partners in industry, religion, education and other government departments. The recommendation was to revisit in much more detail Unconscious Bias which was one of the original themes of the Forum. The event will be supported by X-Forces Enterprise who enable the Armed Forces Community to be the BEST in Business with partners in Government, Charities and Big Business. The event explores Unconscious Bias through a number of central lectures and practical workshops led by academics and leading thinkers. Delegates will have the opportunity to attend three different practical workshops which they will sign up for on the day. The day programme will include: * Informative and practical sessions delivered by RMAS SME Behavioural Science academics. * Practical techniques to use individually and in organisations. * Aide-memoires to take away. * Your chance to explore issues and share good practice.
