    Last night on BBC's News at Six a report examined how our food choices impact the environment.  The report showed Manchester scientists calculating the 'carbon cost' of chocolates - which came out at 1.4kg of gases emitted, the equivalent of driving 12 miles in a car (approx. 18mins).
