Dr Terry Hanley,  a Senior lecturer and Director of the University's Counselling Psychology program appears on BBC Radio Four's Digital Human, talking about an online self-help group called the Empowered Woman Project.  "Being a therapist, there's a responsibility to create a safe space and people in online forums are often very caring and take on quasi-therapist roles", he tells them.
