The study was carried out by Dr Mehebub Sahana from the University of Manchester, UK, and Dr Kashif Imdad from Pandit Prithi Nath PG College, Kanpur, and a member of the State Advisory Committee, Uttar Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority.
