As part of the UNDP-led “Staze Srbije” project, Dr Tatjana Kecojevic delivered the “Data-Based Decision Making” training in Valjevo between November 2021 and February 2022. The ten-week course supported women entrepreneurs in the tourism and hospitality sector to develop digital and analytical skills, using tools such as Excel for business insight, planning and communication. Participants applied data skills to improve decision-making, streamline operations, and boost their confidence, enabling business growth, career progression, and digital transformation in local communities.
