CHANGES in the UK’s population could result in the Brexit-backing majority being overturned in just three years, academics have predicted.

A higher proportion of university-educated voters, combined with fewer who were of voting age before Britain joined the European Economic Community, will likely “pull British public opinion in a pro-European direction”, their research found.
