David Olusoga, 49, is a television presenter and historian. He presented the recent series of A House Through Time on BBC 2, and Black and British: A Forgotten History. The book accompanying the latter won the 2017 PEN Hessell-Tiltman Prize and was longlisted for the Orwell Prize.

David lives in the West Country and is a professor of public history at the University of Manchester.
