THE TELEGRAPH: The real reasons more fathers don't take shared parental leave

Press/Media: Expert comment

Description

Drop in to any baby singalong, sensory class or playgroup these days and more often than not, there’ll be a token dad in there somewhere. You’ll hear them joining in with The Wheels on the Bus in a deep baritone, and you’ll notice they haven’t shaved in a while. In the numerous such classes I have attended in recent years, I have never seen more than one father present at any one time.
