GATI aims to advance gender equality in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) disciplines within higher education and research institutions in India. With support through Indo-UK partnerships, GATI will enable the co-development of action plans based on the Athena SWAN Charter contextualized to India, and develop networks for improved support for Indian women in STEMM.
