Dr Tatjana Kecojevic participated as a speaker at the Kopaonik Business Forum 2022 on a panel titled “Women’s Participation in STEM,” co-organised by UNDP Serbia and Ringier. The discussion addressed the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields in the Western Balkans. In the panel, Dr Kecojević highlighted the importance of non-formal education in supporting women’s upskilling and career adaptation, and advocated for regional collaboration and state-supported requalification programmes.
