Description
This data contains two different sets (labelled 1 and 2) of 4D-STEM data and EDS spectra, each pair of data files was acquired simultaneously from a Co2FeSi heusler alloy sample. In addition there are python notebooks used to perform C-means clustering on the individual and merged datasets.
