Description
Experimental Data underlying the paper entitled "Efficiency Droop in Zincblende InGaN/GaN Quantum Wells" consisting of photoluminescence spectra, and data derived from the such as integrated intensity, peak energy and spectral width, as a function of laser excitation power. Photomodulated reflectance data is also included, also a function of laser excitation power.
