Description
Excel file with tabs containing pathways or terms identified across Nasosorption FX-i datasets and publicly accessible nasal proteomes as described in Chapter 2 of the thesis entitled: "The Nasal Proteome as a Source of Biomarkers for SARS-CoV-2 and Lung Cancer". Nasal mucus from Nasosorption FX-i devices from patients with COPD, COVID-19 and lung cancer, alongside matched controls, was eluted and processed for mass spectrometry analysis using S-Trap. Samples were analysed in a data-dependent manner and subsequently analysed using Proteome Discoverer software. Proteins with corresponding gene names were entered into the online tool "Enrichr" for gene ontology and pathway analysis.
