    In recent years, there has been a growing interest in monitoring research data, Many involved in the research ecosystem, from policy makers and funders to publishers and institutions, have adopted new research data guidelines and practices. While many welcome this transparency, it presents unique challenges for those responsible for managing and analyzing their institution’s research data and their impact.

    To solve that challenge, Data Monitor comes with the vision to help institutions advance research data management practices. Data Monitor has been several tens of Pure institution cutting the time spent validating research data when importing it in Pure. The native Data Monitor and Pure integration solves the challenges for the institutions to track and generate insights from research data published by their authors.

    We will share how our latest innovations in Data Monitor helps improving overall research data import experience: How author matching is automated with author profiles, how version de-duplication from major repositories is managed, how distinguishing supplementary materials from research data is critical, and more.
