Human patient cohort data of ACTB variants comprising of both published and unpublished data. The data contains genomic and phenotype iformation on over 140 patients worldwide. It is also Appendix 2 of Andrew J Thom's thesis.

The database that has been produced through the process of this PhD has been uploaded, this database represents the largest known dataset of ACTB variants and has been produced from published and unpublished patient data.The thesis has not been published yet and the link will be provided when this is complete.
