Description
This is the supporting data for the article "Insights into eruption dynamics from TROPOMI/PlumeTraj-derived SO2 emissions during the 2022 eruption of Mauna Loa, Hawaiʻi":MaunaLoa2022_figures.ipynb is the Jupyter notebook used to generate most figures in the paper. Note that zipped directories included here must be unzipped for this notebook to work (as well as downloading publicly available TROPOMI and traverse dataorbits_to_run.csv contains a list of the TROPOMI orbits and a flag whether or not to include them in the analysisfissure_times_grouped.csv contains the timings of the eruption fissuresBT_MaunaLoa_20221128.res contains the brightness temperature (in K) results from GOES (columns are Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute, Max BT, Mean BT)PlumeTraj_results.zip contains all PlumeTraj results for the TROPOMI orbits analysed in netCDF format.*emission.nc contains the reconstructed SO2 emission results*PlumeTraj_results.nc contains the pixel-by-pixel results*solutions.nc contains the solutions found by PlumeTraj for each pixelCOBRA_LH.zip contains The COBRA layer height dataGFS.zip contains trajectories calculated from the radiosonde launch site throughout the eruption
