    Description

    DESY-HERA. Measurement of inclusive neutral current charm and bottom (beauty) cross sections in DIS collisions of 27.6 GeV positrons with 920 GeV protons at a centre of mass energy of 319 GeV. The data cover the Q**2 region & gt;150 GeV**2 with inelasticity Y from 0.1 to 0.7. The data were taken during the 1999-2000 running period with integrated luminosity 57.4 pb-1.
