This data are the raw radiographs from X-ray tomography scans of the CFC-Cu_GS laser flash coupon investigated in 10.1016/j.fusengdes.2014.05.002 for the purpose of thermal characterisation of joining techniques and 10.1016/j.fusengdes.2015.04.048 for the purpose of image based finite element modelling.
