Description
siRNA knockdowns of 5FMC complex members (PELP1, TEX10, LAS1L, SENP3, WDR18) .
Conditions - addition of siRNA at times 0, 48hr according to manufacturer instructions. Resulting knockdowns were verified by qPCR and western blots, knockdown at over 90% in all samples.
Aim - to assess the effects of 5FMC complex knockdown on gene expression.
