Significant proteins in control experiments in CKD COVID research

  • Caitlin Arthur (Creator)

Dataset

Description

lists of protein accessions found to be significant between control samples of the same phenotypic groups using SWATH MS. These proteins were used as a baseline to determine nominal differential expression between groups before experimental comparison, as a way to set a false discovery rate. Three phenotypic groups were COVID-19 positive, COVID-19 negative, COVID-19 follow-up sample. The 'z' represents novel z-score method used on dataset, lack of z means standard analysis pipeline was used for analysis.
