Supplementary Material and raw data for “Bar-seq analysis of Aspergillus fumigatus kinome library during infection of airway epithelial cells”

To investigate the role of Aspergillus fumigatus genes encoding for protein kinase functions, we infected A549 alveolar epithelial cells with a pool of 111 A. fumigatus barcoded null mutants in genes encoding protein kinases and utilised bar-seq to identify which of these are involved in survival within A549 cells.
