Supplementary Video 4. L. monocytogenes exposed to fresh media. 1.0 x 107 Lm-dsRed-PactA-GFP was incubated for 2 hours at 37°C in fresh media (bottom). Representative video of 3 biological replicate experiment show upregulation of PrfA-regulated virulence genes via PactA-GFP (green) expression but no aggregation occurs when exposed to fresh media. Scale bar 20 μm.
