Supporting data for: Mapping Nanoscale Buckling in Atomically Thin Cr2Ge2Te6

Dataset

Description

HAADF STEM images and example analysis code for "Mapping Nanoscale Buckling in Atomically Thin Cr2Ge2Te6", published open access in Advanced Functional Materials, https://doi.org/10.1002/adfm.202526564.raw_data: HAADF STEM images of (graphene-encapsulated) monolayer Cr2Ge2Te6, displaying unusual variations in apparent crystal structure. Gatan *.dm3 file format, can be opened using open source Hyperspy python package (https://hyperspy.org/rosettasciio/index.html).

analysis code: Sequential series of python scripts which matches patches of the denoised raw images to simulated images of tilted Cr2Ge2Te6 , and reconstructs the height map which best matches the observed local tilts.
