Surface Photovoltage Spectroscopy of PbS QDs chemically linked to ZnO: Associated with paper published in Applied Physics Letters

Surface photovoltage spectroscopy data showing the binding energy shifts of the Zn 3d and Pb 4f core levels, for PbS quantum dots chemically linked to ZnO, upon photoexcitation with 372 and 640 nm radiation. Data are fit using a stretched exponential model.
