Description
Thermo Flash 2000 CHNS/O Light element analyser for the quantification of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulphur and oxygen in solid samples. In the Geography Laboratories this is used on sediment, soil and peat samples to quantify the total organic carbon (TOC) and carbon:nitrogen (CN) ratios to determine soil quality, carbon budgets, and organic content of environmental samples.
