Description
This equipment, which is hosted by the Dalton Cumbrian Facility, is situated in Cumbria, not in Manchester.
An SRIXXX gas chromatograph with a thermal conductivity detector is an analytical instrument used to separate and quantify gaseous compounds based on their thermal conductivity differences. It can be used for gas analysis in many industrial and environmental applications, e.g. in natural gas composition testing to determine methane, CO₂, and other components or for radiolytic gas production in nuclear-related research to study hydrogen and oxygen evolution.
