    Equipments Details

The Process 11 is a small, parallel co-rotating twin screw bench-top extruder used to homogenise and mix materials in melt phase.

Material is fed to the screw by a hopper and can be fed volumetrically or gravimetrically.

The screw speed and heating zone temperatures can be set individually by use of the integrated control panel.

The minimum sample size is 20g and the throughput range is 20 g/h to 2.5 kg/h. Optional tape die haul off available.

    Applications: Compounding, masterbatching, nanocomposites.
