Robotic Welding and Directed Energy Deposition Cell

This system is capable of performing robotic arc welding and arc-based directed energy deposition. It supports multiple arc heat sources, including Metal Inert Gas (MIG) with Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) and Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) using either cold-wire or powder deposition. The welding and robotic equipment are integrated into a single cell, which can be adapted for various applications such as printing, joining, and cladding thin-section components, aligning with activities within the advanced metals processing theme.
