    Description

The PerkinElmer Lambda 365 is used to measure the absorbance or transmittance of UV and visible light by/through liquid or solid (inc powder) samples.

This instrument has a spectral range of 200-1100 nm.

UV-VIS measurements of liquid samples can be carried out in conjunction with a Peltier controlled fluid circulator enabling temperature control of the samples between 20-60°C.

For solid samples, transmittance or reflectance can be measure using an integrating sphere setup.
