Blog: aspiration & revolution

Impact: Societal impacts

An important way I engage with knowledge transfer is my blog aspiration&revolution that I started in August 2014. I write two blogs per month on average on issues related to my research or in connection to social and political issue emerging from it. The blog had to date over 20.000 all-time views and some contributions have been read by more than 2000 viewers. A number of blogs have subsequently been re-published as policy@manchester blogs or as GDI and Migration Lab blogs. For a series of blogs commissioned for Habitat 3 in 2016 for example my contributing blog came top for visits out of all Habitat 3 blogs published on the policy@manchester website.
