The technique of mapping information landscapes, developed in my research, is to be incorporated into programmes of information literacy education run at the two partner institutions and delivered to several thousand students at UiT (all first year undergraduates) and around 2,000 at Purdue (freshmen studying liberal arts programmes). The UiT materials are also being adapted for use with high school students in the region. This work is already planned and agreed with the partners: the pilot will start in March 2018 in Tromsø and June 2018 in Purdue.
