Overview
I am a Senior Lecturer in Medical Education Research in the Division of Medical Education. Primary teaching responsibility is the the Academic Lead for Evaluation. Primary research role is in Health Workforce Development, increasing the quantity, quality and appropriate distribution of healthcare professionals. This includes research on novel teaching methods, and training refugee and asylum seeker healthcare professionals. I also have research activities in collaboration with colleagues at the University of Leeds, James Cook University, and the University of Newcastle (Australia).
