Final year PhD researcher fully-funded by the Alliance Manchester Business School at the Work and Equalities Institute. My research interests include gender inequalities and the future of work. I have recently been researching the impact of Covid on supermarket work in the UK.
Supervised by Professor Debra Howcroft and Professor Jill Rubery
Aside from my research I hold several positions: coordinating the PGR network at the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI) and the British Universities Industrial Relations Association (BUIRA), in GM4Women Employment Action Group. I am also a tutor on the Manchester Access Programme and a GTA on the MSc Management course.
