Dr. Abdullah was a Research Associates at the University of Manchester, he worked on topics of perception and theory of the mind in human-robot interaction. His work focuses on the understanding and resolution of how humans and robots dynamically interact with each other. This is vital for robots such as teleoperation systems, autonomous vehicles or for robotic arms, which physically interact with humans in an industrial, professional, or home service environment.
