Adnan is a full time PhD researcher in Audiology in the Division of Human Communication, Development and Hearing in the School of Health Sciences
My current PhD project aims to study the effect of lifetime noise exposure on auditory neural function in the older population.
Adnan Shehabi recieved his Bachelor's Degree in Audiology and Speech Therapy at Birzeit University, Palestine in 2016. In 2017, Adnan earned his Master's Degree in Audiology from the University of Southampton, UK. Adnan graduated with Distinction in both of his Bachelor's and Master's degrees and won prizes for excellent performance. He worked as an Audiologist in Palestine and a lecturer in Audiology at Birzeit University from 2017 to 2019. Currently, he is a postgraduate PhD student in Audiology in the Division of Human Communication, Development and Hearing. He is interested in studying the effect of occupational lifetime noise exposure on peripheral auditory neural function in the older population.
