Overview

Biography

I have worked as a Lecturer (Teaching and Scholarship) in Economics at the University of Manchester since 2021. My role focuses on the delivery and development of Small Group Teaching. I am also interested in the use of technology in Large Group settings.

I am course director of ECON10061 'Introductory Mathematics' and Programme Director of the BSc Economics degree.

I am an Associate of the Economics Network, an academic organisation devoted to improving the teaching and learning of economics in universities. I am also the organiser of the School of Social Sciences' Teaching and Learning Seminar Series.

I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Manchester (2020). My PhD thesis focused on the link between Income Inequality and Charitable donations.
