Personal profile

Overview

I am a Senior Lecturer at the Manchester Centre for Health Economics (MCHE).

Research interests

My research interests include: the cost-effectiveness of digital health interventions, data-driven innovations, diagnostic tests and precision medicines. More broadly, I am interested in technologies that are low cost but can impact on large and diverse populations.

I have substantial experience working with academics to develop their research for implementation within the NHS and social care. To this end, I support the University of Manchester Innovation Factory (UMIF) with the potential commercialisation of life sciences research within the University.

As well as academic-led research, I have also worked extensively with the private sector, primarily with small and medium enterprises, who are developing innovative technologies for health and social care.
